Le Spot Sablais: a new leisure and work hub in Les Sables-d’Olonne

Multipurpose complexes are multiplying in France, bringing together leisure, sports, relaxation, and professional spaces in one place. In this case here, the idea emerged in 2022, driven by four childhood friends. Their ambition: to create a comprehensive and accessible space, designed for both residents and visitors alike. Les Sables-d'Olonne is preparing to welcome its first facility of this type: Le Spot Sablais, a unique project designed to respond to changing lifestyles and the growing demand for a variety of activities.

Le Spot Sablais offers a wide range of activities:

• Two ASB System100 squash courts, meeting local demand for high end squash courts with 2 ProGlass back walls and a healthy floor.

• Six padel courts, including four indoor and two outdoor courts, a first for the city.

• A 250 m² fitness area, occupied by the LS Club, which offers yoga, cross-training, Hyrox, and many other disciplines.

The complex also includes a business center, designed to accommodate companies, associations, or teleworkers looking for a dynamic and comfortable setting.

Last but not least, le Spot Sablais offers a fine restaurant, focussing on local cuisine. A large terrace completes the offering, with pétanque and palet courts in a guinguette atmosphere.

Installation was easy and straightforward thanks to a site visit by our local representative Jean-Jacques LUCAS that clarified all items and ensured a smooth installation process in coordination with the other trades working simultaneously on this big site.
